The HERMES hotel, open throughout the year, is situated on the waterfront and only five minutes away from the town center. Having recently, fulfilled its 4-year-renovation program, this hotel provides 211 rooms and 6 suites.
A large rooftop seawater swimming pool, as well as a sun terrace is there for your relaxation and recreation. In front of the hotel, there is a shingle beach, which has been awarded with the “INTERNATIONAL BLUE FLAG”- crystal clear waters. A tunnel connects the reception of the hotel, directly with the beach.
On the terrace you can enjoy a marvelous, panoramic sea view and feel like being on the deck of a boat!!
The restaurant on the 5th floor, is fully air-conditioned and overlooking the astonishing view of the Mirabello bay, here you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner, buffet style. The snack bar is located next to the pool and the Aegean bar serves long drinks and cocktails and a variety of other beverages. On the ground floor, opposite the endless blue of the sea, combining the seaman’s wood with the sails of a yacht, is the "Zali Bar" which offers the best of Cretan and Greek wines, served in a unique way, accompanied by specialties from the Greek cuisine.
Recreational facilities consist of Fitness centre, diving centre on the waterfront, and water-sports.
